Actually, I would even leave the cornflakes out and add them only right before baking it - but maybe that's not necessary. :-) But I think that when I prepared Freezer Meals at Dream Dinner, they had us fix little baggies with the toppings and such, to add the day you make them. @Karissa: Freezing casseroles and the like uncooked make sure they taste more “fresh” than when you freeze them cooked already.
