They recommend using garlic oil on your feet(!) for cough/chest colds.  (Wear socks!) I used this on my children and husband this past week and it worked very well!</description>

		<description>We use garlic oil too!  Only I don&#039;t make my own, we just buy garlic oil gel capsules, poke a hole in it with a pin and squeeze it IN the ear.  I like the convenience of the capsules being ready to go, and if you have a trip they travel well too.  If you don&#039;t have garlic you can also use an onion!  Just grate an onion, strain the juice, and put a few drops of the juice in the ear.  We always used the onion growing up, but I do the garlic oil on my kids because it&#039;s ready to go. I usually put it in their ears, and then put a little cotton to stop it running out, and tuck them in bed for the night.</description>
