I make a very similar cocoa that my mom taught me ... but when I make it for myself, I use very little sugar (I&#039;m one of those super-dark-almost-bitter chocolate loving people).  Oh, and at night sometimes I love to add in a splash of Peppermint Schnapps or Baileys! :)</description>

		<description>I do a very similar recipe but with a couple of changes.  If you melt the sugar and water until it starts to brown then add the coco and mix until it is well absorbed it gives an amazing caramel undertone!  I also add the tiniest bit of sea salt.</description>
