		<description>I only see one wheel, so I&#039;m sure the one is just there for looks. However if there where two and the cold frame was a cart, that would be really cool and easy to haul in and out or move it around to catch the sun. I picked up over 30 old storm windows for free off of Craigslist. Seeing this picture has me excited to put together some cold frames.</description>
