You could also boil the chicken (breasts) until tender, shred it into a pot and cover it with bbq sauce, then cook over low, stirring, until heated through. It won&#039;t be *quite* as tender or flavorful, but it&#039;ll still be good. You might also try it in a dutch oven, if you have one.</description>

My family had the privilege of trying it a few days ago, at Kendras. My kids are now begging for me to make it, so I will be dusting off my crock pot in the morning! Now I need to get the delish BBQ recipe.:o)
