I love any kind of natural cleaning products. When I was contacted with an opportunity to review and giveaway Seventh Generation products, I jumped on the chance! For the most part, around here we use homemade cleaning products. Sure, vinegar works, but there’s just something a little more motivating about cleaning with nice smelling products.
I’ve been cleaning my house like crazy this week! I just can’t get enough of this Lemongrass & Thyme scent. And I love love love that Seventh Generation products kill 99.99% of household germs using botanically pure plant extracts.
It’s important to me that what I am cleaning my home with is not going to be filling the air that my children especially will be breathing with dangerous fumes. I also appreciate that if I clean the kitchen table with the all-purpose cleaner, I won’t have to worry if my little ones drop their food off of their plate and put it back into their mouth. There won’t be any lingering chemicals there to harm them.
And paper towels! I haven’t used paper towels in, oh, over a year at least! I was really excited to have paper towels to clean with. Though the frugal nature in me stored up a roll to save for emergencies. It is really nice cleaning the toilet seat with something other than a cloth rag!

I have switched to 7th Gen. laundry detergent and have used their cleaners from time to time. I am currently making my own cleaners but know that life will probably not always allow me that time luxury.

I love Seventh Generation! I use their dish soap always. I have used a couple other cleaners as well. And when I am not doing cloth, I use their diapers.
I miss paper towels for cleaning mirrors the most.
