Crockpot Roast Beef Recipe

>24 May 2010 1,278 views

This is how I always prepare our roast beef in the crockpot. It doesn’t really matter what kind of roast you get, if you cook it long enough in a crockpot, it will come out tender and delicious every time!

Put the meat in the crockpot, and fill it with about an inch of water. Pour the soup over the meat, and sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. If the meat is frozen, just cook it longer. It’s ready when it pulls apart easily with a fork. Use the sauce as a gravy over the meat. I especially love this with mashed potatoes!!

This sounds like my kind of recipe! I’m going to try it next time I make a roast!
