Mens Holiday Gift Giving Guide: *Giveaway* Still Standing- The Stonewall Jackson Story DVD From Franklin Springs

*This Giveaway is now closed. Congrats to Martha!!

In your search for the perfect men’s gift to give this Holiday season, you might be interested in considering another inspiring video from Franklin Springs Family Media. Still Standing: The Stonewall Jackson Story is not just a historical documentary, it is the deeply moving tale of the man behind the legacy.

Seriously, I learned nothing in school, so I didn’t remember anything about “Stonewall” Jackson other than his name. Terrible. I know. This DVD was an intriguing and entertaining way to learn a little history about a really great man. Not only was it great to watch as an adult, but I would definitely recommend it for middle to high school aged homeschoolers as well. It really brings to life Jackson’s story in an unforgettable way.

But men in particular would be drawn to the character of Stonewall. My husband really enjoyed watching this film with me. We had no idea that Stonewall Jackson had so many heartaches to endure, so many obstacles to overcome, and yet found a way to glorify God in everything he did.

Think you know a guy who would enjoy this entertaining documentary? Wanna see it for yourself? Franklin Springs is offering one of my lucky readers a chance to win their very own copy! Aren’t they wonderful?!

Simply leave me a comment letting me know you’d be interested in winning!

I will choose one random winner on Friday, December 3 at 9 pm, EST. I’ll post the winner here once a name has been drawn, and notify the winner via email, so make sure to leave a valid email address. The winner will need to respond to my email within 48 hours, or a new winner will be drawn.

Open to US and Canada.

Good luck!! And another BIG thanks to Franklin Springs for this great giveaway!

Stonewall Jackson…my husband’s favorite! He is such a history buff…what a great addition to his DVD library. Hope I win!

I’m interested in this, more for my kids than my husband. I’ve found that my teen daughters learn more about history when they can see the people involved as real people, facing real problems, having families, etc. Much more interesting than just reading facts in a history book.

Would love to have a copy of this, Stonewall is one of my heroes.
