Hi, thanks for hosting! I am sharing my Marinara #1 - roma tomato, roasted red pepper & basil. As a cycling & running household we eat lot's of pasta. I went searching for a scratch marinara recipe and was dismayed when I couldn't find one that didn't have any canned tomato ingredients. So I started to create a series of my own. Using your own tomatoes or the overly ripe tomatoes from your local farmer's market makes this less expensive and even more tasty. Enjoy!
