My husband is a sick OEF veteran and we have decided to move to the mountains of North Carolina in June. At this point, with all the preparations, resignation from my job of sixteen years, making sure our children will do fine(they are in college) is very stressful. However, I know that we are heading for a quieter, healthier and less stressful life. We plan on raising our own fish, chickens and rabbits. I will also plant an organic garden and plant fruit trees. We are currently experimenting with chicken and rabbit tractors which is quite fun. Last but not least, I am doing my homework on blogging.
