Although a rare, and potentially dangerous situation occurred, the skilled midwives handled it perfectly and our baby girl was fine. Praise the Lord for all of His goodness!!

Wondering what the benefits of having a home birth are? Well, I can name a few!

5 more weeks till baby is due! I’ve been busy today stocking my freezer with meals for the weeks after delivery.

“It was cool to have my check-up done in my own bed! Laying back on my soft pillows listening to the baby’s heartbeat with Jada up on the bed beside me was a nice treat.”

My check-up with the midwife. Very different from the OB’s office that I’m used to!

Looks like I just might be having a home birth after all!

Living so far out in the country does have it’s draw backs…
