What Your Child Should Learn For Each Grade Level

When I first started really homeschooling, I had no idea where to start or what each grade level was supposed to teach. Of course, the great thing about homeschooling is that you can go at your own pace (which tends to be faster than public school!), and you can chose your own topics.

Now, I just kinda go with whatever Jada is interested in at the moment, or I find a subject I know she’d enjoy. For a while she was fascinated with Indians (Native Americans, if you wanna be all politically correct), so we studied their culture and learned about famous Indians like Sacagawea and Sitting Bull. I also teach as I notice things we haven’t covered yet.
